Back in 2007, We set up Home From Home when we were unable to find a suitable place to care for our dogs when we went on holidays. We didn't want them to be left in a traditional kennel environment where they would be locked up and wouldn't get the interaction that they were used to at home. We began caring for dogs for friends & family members and from there, through mainly word of mouth, we have grown our customer base and now have many happy doggies who love coming to visit us on their holidays.

We have our own dogs & they love to see new faces coming to visit. All of our guests benefit from having doggie interaction as well as meeting our kids, cats, chickens, pigs & sheep. It truly is a countryside retreat for them. 

Urban dwellers love when they come to stay and they can explore the countryside on their daily walks and they have fully secure grass areas where they can play with other dogs. All the dogs are free to mix with each other so it is a very relaxed and natural environment for them, however, some dogs do not want to go home when its time to leave!!

We are based in North Wexford but we offer a FREE pick up & drop home service to Dublin & Wicklow 2/3 times per week depending on the time of year.
